Operoo allows the school to automatically collect electronic medical and emergency contact forms from parents. Parents can include medical conditions, medication requirements, provide medication instructions and attach a plan (eg. asthma plan) from their GP.
Permission forms for school activities can be circulated and signed online with reminders for completion. Rather than this information sitting in a filing cabinet or on an office database, we make this information available to your teachers via a smartphone app, saving vital time in an emergency.
Seesaw is a student-driven digital portfolio. Teachers can empower students to create, reflect, share, and collaborate. Students “show what they know” using photos, videos, drawings, text, PDFs, and links.
A school newsletter is issued every second Thursday during each term to keep parents informed of happenings in and around the school. The school newsletter will be sent electronically to all families through Seesaw. Current and archived newsletters can be found on the school website, along with many other school documents. Access via the newsletter section.
Each stage will send out a note at the beginning of each term. The notes cover specific information about subject focuses, homework, stage specific excursions and important dates. These can also be accessed here.
Celebrate student and school successes and achievements.
